AIRPORT PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Please pick up your bags from the baggage area and call dispatch & they will advise you to proceed to a designated door to be picked up. Make sure to go to the Middle Island for pick up by the driver. It is against the law to dispatch a suburban Taxi/Cab/ Limousine into the terminals without a call in. There is no curb waiting policy at any airport terminals, regulated by city of Chicago, if the passenger is not present at the curbside, when the driver pulls in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to place your reservation a minimum of one hour in advance, before you board your plane.
